You did an outstanding job with our two pups - getting them from California to Illinois. I say outstanding because these pups are just that "puppies" with no training at all - so I know they were a handful. You were really good about keeping us informed of your location and ETA as well as the overall condition of the dogs. This was really a great experience for us (Mario and myself) as I lamented on exactly how we would get the dogs home. We thought airline or train and then we decided to fly in and pick them up. Fortunately or unfortunately work interfered with our plans and at the last minute we had to come up with an alternative. What we wanted was to have the dogs in the care of someone who felt the same way we do about animals - not just our own pets but all animals. We needed to know that the person(s) would be caring, loving, kind and above all else patient (puppies are blessings but they can rattle your nerves sometimes). Talking with you and Lisa gave us a sense of putting our dogs in the care of family - something that we would not have gotten had the animals been transported any other way. Your service far exceeded our expectations.

If you ever find yourself in our neighborhood (or anywhere close), with animals that need a place to run and play and you want to relax and rest a moment during a journey - please don't hesitate to call us. We really appreciate the care that you took with our dogs. We will keep you posted with their growth as we know they have a lot of that to do.

Hi Ladies

It's me, Amy - just letting you know how Franny is doing.  He is adjusting to life in Maine very well.  He is already potty trained and is learning the ropes of being one of the family.  He is loves treats!  He had his first snow storm on Tuesday which was a shock but now seems to love the snow - he plays with his brother Petey in it often.  He loves to snuggle at night and in the morning - he is a big snuggle bunny!  Pictures are attached.....

You should be very proud of the work you are doing - you helped save a life - I don't know how I would have done it otherwise, thank you so much.  I am letting friends know of your business and how highly I think of you all !!!!

Thank you so much for making it possiable to getting Spirit home...The Girls took very good care of him and he looks great.Just gave him a bath to help cool him off its so hot here.I would highly recommend your services to anyone. Rex and Jimmy are fine - still looking for homes.  I hope you are both really well! I enthusiastically and without reservation recommend LNT Pet Transport.  As a board member on a rescue group, I have had two very positive experiences with their driving dogs for me from Texas to New Hampshire.  In fact when they did not have any room, they found a bigger truck to help out a rescue dog.  They were responsible - always letting me know how things were going on the trip and responded right away to emails and phone calls.  But, the most important thing is that they truly LOVE dogs!

Doug and Jean have decided to adopt Jane Doe themselves, and have changed her name to Aquarius, since she came to them in the month of February! SO, the transport will not be required. I am somewhat happy for them, and Aquarius, but also a little sad that I won't actually get to meet this pup.

LNT, I can never thank you enough for being there, on short notice, willing to help get this poor lost pup back to NJ. You never seemed to hesitate even once from the very beginning, and for that I thank you. Your positive words, especially when you said, 'rest assure we will get this little girl back to you' instantly lifted the stress and tremendous burden from my body! You lifted a huge weight off my shoulders with your caring words and determination and my only regret is that I could not actually experience the whole transport for myself. But be sure--I will use you in the future!

You and your company are certainly on the TOP of my list of referrals for a pet transport service. I have experienced such a wonderful sense of caring and committment for the animals that you transport, that it is refreshing AND renews my faith in the human race...for a while, anyway!

In our happiness over Millie's arrival, I neglected to write to you and tell you how absolutely wonderful Your Driver was. What a woman!! Thank you both so much for the great job you did in helping pull off this fantastic Christmas surprise for B., LNT deserves and Academy Award for your role as Santa's elf. I've never seen B. so speechless. He kept asking her, "Who did this?" Needless to say, he just loves Millie and she has really taken to him. Thanks for the update. I am so glad the transport went well. Rex is doing very well at the kennel. The trainer even had him around another dog and he was fine.
Maybe poor Rex finally feels loved and cared for and secure.

Thanks again to LNT for helping him on the road--literally and figuratively!!!--to a new life.

Thanks so much for transporting Cole safely from Massachusetts to Los Angeles! My daughter said that he looked and acted like his silly self on arrival. I also appreciated the calls you made to me during the trip to reassure me that he was doing well. He had lost 5# while in a kennel just a few weeks earlier, and I was worried that he would be okay.

What a great thing!!!!!Theresa is wonderful as is Clarence. They didn't even want a glass of water but wanted to hit the road. The dogs arrived very excited and thrilled but still in the checking it out mode.Theresa did a fantastic job of starting the training and I have signed up Britta for further classes staring a week from Wed. My sister and brother in law came over to see them arrive and everyone is calling and e-mailing to see how they are. You provide not just a wonderful service but you both (and Clarence) are such nice kind people I really feel as though I have made new friends. Thank you so very much and keep in touch.
